How do PDO threads work?

There are 2 different types of PDO threads - smooth and cog. Smooth threads work by carefully inserting a small needle underneath the skin's surface, which when removed, leave behind a very thin thread. The thread will trigger the skin's healing process, therefore increasing collagen and elastin production. Cog threads are slightly different. They are used to lift sagging skin and facial features.
